I once saw a map of all the NFL franchises in history and where the various clubs had moved to exist now - or went to die. It had arcing arrows showing the various club hops over time.
I can't seem to locate that map on the interwebz anymore, and wondered if you had ever seen it or might possibly have a copy of it stashed away that I could get from you?

Response: This is the map I drew which sounds like your description:

http://billsportsmaps.com/?p=767

It only shows teams up until 1960, and only depicts teams that played at least 4 seasons in the NFL.
Sorry, but at this time I am not printing and selling any of my maps. And I know it's sort of fuzzy, because it was the first map I ever tried to scan and prepare for the internet. Now I don't have a set-up to scan, so this image is all I can offer right now.

Great post and thanks for the map. I am in Florida where the major league team is really a minor league business. Go Mets!

Another awesome map. I wish I have came across these before. Baseball is big here in San Diego but the Padres cant seem to figure this out. They need to spend some money and get some players. Everybody here loves baseball. Well anyways never mind my frustration. Great Map keep up the good work. This was very interesting.

Thanks. San Diego gets OK support, but attendance is down (34,400, 13th highest in 2007; down almost 5,000 per game this season, to 29,900, 17th highest). Of course, the Padres were horrible: only the Washington Nationals and the Seattle Mariners had worse records in '08.

I'm ashamed to say that here in the Cincinnati area, we do not have professional baseball. Oh, we have the Reds, who might win 85 games next year. But we need ownership that will spend the extra buck
Answer: Thanks for the comment.
